BTW, I’m also intruiged by your comments that we (Arc) like to do things differently – we try and meet our customers requirements!

If I may ask – what do you find weird, and how would you propose to improve it – as I say, our customers always come first!

Finally, if it helps – we have a new forum launched for queries – http://forum.arcsolutions.com – for both the Arc and Cisco OEM products

Just found your post and website – I have to say this is great!

I am intruiged by your comments, and would like to offer some assistance. (I’m with Arc Solutions btw)

The old Cisco Attendant Console (that is now End of Life) is for the CUCM platform, but the subject of your post is “Arc Express” (which is for the CallManager Express). Which product were you playing with, and how did you find it?
